Before every charging session, you see the complete price composition: operator/infrastructure, roaming/operations, payment processing and our margin, each with its percentage share. Start fees, time-based prices and blocking fees are also shown as separate items. The distribution is dynamic and calculated individually for each charging session.
Other apps show a final price. We additionally show how that price is distributed across operator/infrastructure, roaming/operations, payment processing and our margin, in percentages and cents. Provider surcharges such as start fees, blocking fees and time-based prices, as well as payment-method costs, are shown separately.
There is one plan: €9.99 per month, cancellable monthly. Charging costs consist of operator/infrastructure costs, roaming/operations costs, payment processing and our fixed surcharge (€0.01/kWh). Every component is itemised before charging starts.
Exactly €0.01 per kWh. If the provider charges by time, we add €0.01 per minute. If the provider charges blocking fees, we add €0.01 per minute of blocking time. This is our fixed, binding price promise. The percentage view shows that our margin is typically only about 2% of the final price.
Roaming / operations covers the cost of connecting to and operating the wider charging network. It allows you to use charging stations from different operators with one app. This share is shown separately in the percentage breakdown.
No. You start the charging session directly in the app. A physical charging card is not required.
The app shows charge points currently connected through our roaming partners. Status and availability are updated regularly; the information shown immediately before the start is decisive.
After charging, you receive an invoice with a complete cost breakdown, showing the operator/infrastructure share, roaming/operations share, payment processing and our surcharge separately. Payment is collected using your stored payment method.
Yes. Payment methods cause two types of cost: a fixed amount per transaction, such as €0.35 for PayPal, and a percentage share, such as 1.2%. The fixed amount appears as a separate item and the percentage share is visibly included in the kWh price. Payment processing is shown as a separate area in the percentage breakdown. Both are displayed before charging starts.
Start fees are one-off costs per charging session charged by the operator. Blocking fees apply if the vehicle remains at the charge point after charging ends. Both are set by the operator and shown as separate items. We add €0.01 per minute to blocking fees. Everything is shown before charging starts.
The app shows status changes and errors reported by the charging provider. Billing is based on session and consumption data confirmed by the provider. Our support team can help if there is a problem.
Data is transmitted between the app and server using encrypted HTTPS. Passwords are not stored in plain text. Our privacy policy explains which service providers process data and which rights you have.
